HOT-MELT

Hot-melt adhesives are solid ones, applicable upon their heating as far as their melting temperature. They are ecological adhesives which do not require usage precautions since they are solvent-free. The hot-melt adhesives are indicated for the bonding of materials even very different between them. They have got excellent encapsulating and sealing properties; some of them have got a good thermal resistance. When heat-sensitive substrates are bonded, we appeal to variations of adhesive which melt at a low temperature. The curing time is very short and the bonding is achieved through the cooling of the adhesive. The hot-melt gluings can be undone bringing back the adhesive to its melting temperature. This product range has got low costs either for the rapidity and the non-toxicity of the application process, or for the cost of  the raw materials needed for its production.
